New Class starting 4/15/19
Managing Anxiety, Depression, Addictions, and Grief/Loss with Holistic and Psycho-Spiritual Interventions
This 9-week powerful class series has been developed by Maggie de Vera, utilizing Holistic, Spirituality, and Psycho-therapeutic tools for Healing, Growth, Recovery, and Positive Change. This class is for anyone who struggles with anxiety, depression, addictions and/or grief/loss. This class is also beneficial if you have a loved one struggling with these issues and you want to know how to help.
After class, there will be an optional follow-up process group that will allow students to explore their experiences further and receive therapeutic support. (This is in addition to the 9-week class series- and not required.)
This class will include just some of these elements:

o Holistic Treatment tools
o Spiritual-Based Interventions
o Psycho-therapeutic tools/CBT
o Self-Hypnosis
o Skills training: coping, conflict resolution, communication, anger-management, boundary-setting, and self-care
o Relaxation techniques
o Guided Visualization
Class fee:
$397 before 4/1/19
$447 after 4/1/19
(Class size is limited, and enrollment will be on a first come-first serve basis.)

Additional Information:
· Everyone is encouraged to bring a healthy food/drink to share during class, allowing for class bonding and increasing alertness and brain activity.
· Optional Process group: Mondays 7:45 (after class with 15 min. break in between)- $30 per each group session (this process group provides additional support to class participants but is not a requirement).
